This Interactive Mapping Site provides clients with visual information regarding satellite images of properties with lot line definitions by entering in addresses of homes or businesses of any property anywhere in the County of Essex.  In addition to providing satellite images of properties it also enables users to measure property line distances and distances of property lines from structures. Giving you an overview of where property lines are in comparison to existing structures.

 

Instructions:Online Interactive Mapping Site providing clients with visual information regarding satellite images of properties with lot line definitions by entering in addresses of homes or businesses of any property anywhere in the County of Essex by Ron Klingbyle Top Producer Real Estate Agent Servicing Windsor Essex County Ontario neighborhoods

  1. Click on "Launch Interactive Map".
  2. Click on "Launch Map Viewer" as Web Map Viewer Public.
  3. Click on Top Tab menu - "Search", click on sub tab "Parcel by Address" enter address.
  4. At the bottom left side of the screen click on "Layers" Tab. On the left side of screen under "Operational Layers" scroll to bottom to the "Base Maps" section.
  5. Click on 2020 Aerial or latest Aerial available.
  6. To navigate the map click on Top Tab menu "Getting Around". To measure distances click on Top Tab menu - "Measure & Identify", click on "Distance". Click measure start point then click measure end point.
